This 4 room BTO is designed in a modern contemporary B&W theme. Throughout the home, our primary colours were a monochromatic palette of black and white tones, with geometric shapes that added a contemporary touch.

To provide the illusion of a tall ceiling, we used a feature wall and drop-down ceilings, infusing a modern flair. To enhance the natural lighting, we installed half-glass walls for the study and kitchen, to give the sense of an open space while still maintaining a level of privacy.

We created a little walk-in closet in the bedroom using the existing carpentry and open layout, effectively splitting the space into two useful areas: the main bedroom and a mini walk-in closet.
