Your Renovation Process
STEP 1First Meeting & Quotation
Arrange a showroom or house visit with us to discuss about your project requirements and layout planning in detail. Thereafter, we will provide a quotation for your approval.
STEP 2Project Signing & Materials Selection
Once project has been signed off, a 15% initial deposit kicks off work and you will receive your 3D Drawings within 14 days. Afterwards, select materials in our showroom and the relevant furniture and fixture stores!
STEP 3Site Inspection & Renovation Kick-off
A throughout site inspection is conducted which includes checking for defects to be addressed. A 45% 2nd payment begins your renovation.
STEP 4Carpentry Works (if applicable)
Our carpenters will discuss and confirm all final details for your cabinetry. A 35% 3rd payment is collected and the final works are completed.
STEP 5Get Ready to Move in!
After final touch-up works are done, a final 5% final payment is collected, and your dream home is ready!

The most recent Hungry Ghost month brought luck to my husband and I as Mr David Chan convinced us that our house's renovation work will be a swift one as his manpower will be abundant because no Chinese in their right minds will be renovating their houses then. 😅😂
