The owners of this 3-room HDB have asked that their kitchen and living room be refurbished with a modern design style. As you step into this home, you’ll notice the cosy living area with cove lighting and downlights that provide warm light, creating a sense of comfort.

The kitchen is separated into a dry and wet area despite not having an open concept. To enhance the sleek feeling of modern living, we kept the colour scheme of the kitchen primarily black and white by utilising black quartz countertops with white laminate for the cabinetry.
